Your BT ID starts with BT and is followed by a 5 digit #.

Your password is the one you chose when you joined.

If you have forgotten your password - click the link on that page and enter your BT ID # and your password will be emailed to you. If you don't know either of those, please contact Support by logging into your AB or Nutronix site and clicking on BNA Support for further assistance.
