Two weeks ago today, I started my business in Nutronix.
Prior to that I spent a couple of days studying the
program, and going over Mathew Yonan business plan.
When I hit the go button to set myself up in our program
I was already convinced that I had found "THE WAY".
I retired 6 years ago, and thinking back on my business
career there’s a statement I heard so often, and I even
sometimes tried it. "Find a Winner and Tie Yourself To
It, and Enjoy The Ride."
Since retirement I have been in Networking, and like so
many of you, I have experienced the good, the bad, and
the evil. Via a little bit of experience we learn each
of the above, which then sharpens us in our search for
the GOOD!
My visit into Nutronix/Products passed my test.
Excellent up-start company with excellent products in one
of the countries leading industries (Health), and aimed
at the huge baby-boomer market.
Next I really studied Mathew Yonan business plan. This
was the clincher for me to really prepare to roll out the
carpet and put together what is to come a huge
organization. I have talked with Mathew twice on the
phone, and I can find no flaw in his system. He is
LIVING his system!
Picture Mathew a little over a year ago. He, and a
friend had this plan, they started , and it started to
work – then others saw and they picked it up – now its
rolling. This is the WINNER Business Plan we will
follow.
WHY? YOU ASK . . . TRUE SPILLOVER!!!!
Under the old traditional MLM marketing you recruit new
people and put them on your first line - BUILDING WIDTH.
You just keep doing this – recruit and put on first line,
recruit and put on first line. Build WIDE WIDE WIDE!
They talk Spillover, but in reality it never really
happens. Ultimately the people who can’t recruit and
don’t get help simply quit.
Mathew solved the problem, and some-how he got enough
people to follow his way of thinking, and guess what?
His plan works, and it is going to work wonders for us.
HIS PLAN - Called the POWER-LEG
The Plan is very simple:
a) You join
b) You leave you "LEG" setting in Nutronix set at "1"
c) Your 1st personal recruit goes directly under you
d) Your 2nd personal recruit goes directly under your 1st
recruit.
e) Your 3rd personal recruit goes directly under your 2nd
f) Your 1st recruit now recruits his 1st new member and
he goes under number 3
g) And this goes on and on and on straight down!!!!
h) Everybody recruited by the Organization falls into the
next lowest position.
This is called TRUE SPILLOVER
OK – now let me explain the value of the above.
Remember what I said regarding the TRADITIONAL network
approach? You recruit somebody and they go directly
under you. Then you recruit your second and they also
go directly under you BUT not under the 1st person you
recruited. This is called building your business WIDE.
Bottomline – what’s wrong with WIDE? You don’t help
anybody but yourself.
Ok the value---Suppose I’m a new person not knowing
anything about Nutronix or about how to recruit. I’m
signed up BUT NOW WHAT? All of a sudden I get a call
from my sponsor or somebody else above me (we’ll have a
plan) welcoming me to the business –reassuring me that my
business is going to grow because of the POWER-LEG.
I, being new, don’t know anything about a POWER-LEG, I’ve
been involved in networking in the past but I’ve never
witnessed TRUE SPILLOVER. Ok, I’m new to the Nutronix,
and I’m still reading all the materials. The next day I
get another phone call from my sponsor telling me to go
to my Nutronix website – graph viewer and look at what
appears. Gee – I got a new member in my downline (or
more as we grow), and I’m still just reading up on the
products. The next day it happens again, and again.
It will take me about two or three times, but then my
automatic pilot in my head will set itself to check graph
viewer (and other reports) first thing every morning.
I’m starting to become a believer in the POWER-LEG, and
I’m still - well just real new!.
Ok Don, continue with the value--- One Leg set in your
back office. Team starts to grow, and everybody is in
the same Leg. So every new recruit falls to the bottom
of the Leg meaning everybody above is experiencing the
benefits of TRUE SPILLOVER. In my little mind I picture
this: We have near 900 GTT’s ordered that will arrive
over the next 2-4 weeks. Whats going to happen with each
new member that joins? That’s right, each will fall into
our POWER-LEG downline. When we have a growing POWER-
LEG, and the members see true spillover watch how fast
current members want to get really really active. My
mind can actually start to see the picture forming. Say
100 people recruiting, and all the new members falling
into my Powe-leg below me. WOW !!!
Plan to hold on to your shorts! We are going to grow
faster than spring weeds. And I will guarantee you – me
being one of the leaders on our team is going to make
sure each new member is taught the plan and sees it in
action.
Ok Don – continue with Value -- nothing will keep
people in networking more than a paycheck. Now, here is
where Traditional networking fails. The ones at the top
get the money because they build WIDE. As people quit
the people below them are passing upward the payable
commissions to the people at the top. It’s simply a
numbers game with them. They don’t care about people
under them making a paycheck because if a person quits
the people below still buy product and pass the payable
commission up. PLUS - this is a biggy – to compensate for
the person who quit the person at the top just continues
recruiting BUT he builds Wide not Deep.
Now, where is our value? We build DEEP not WIDE. If
somebody quits yes the payable commissions still go
upward BUT when people are getting a paycheck they don’t
quit.
Also, when people get a paycheck they become very proud
owners of their business and they want to do their part
helping the total team. Value? We in the upline care
about our downline people – we spillover new members so
that we all benefit, and when we all see everybody
benefiting we’ll grow even faster and larger.
Value – "The Executive Club" team. Why that name? We
want to be at the top, and we want each member to be
there with us. We own a business, and we are proud of
that business. As such, we want each of our team to be
on the Executive level. Really, think about it. If you
are really serious about owning and building a true
income business don’t you believe that you should use
your products. I’ll guarantee that if your don’t, the
people you invite won’t. We must lead by example. Now,
I’m also very realistic and know that you don’t
necessarily want to introduce "all" new people to the
Executive level to begin with. Many people have to
simply put their toe in the water first, before they go
swimming. So, we should always allow new member to kick
the tires, check the gas, measure the oil. Once they see
we are true then most people will want to step-up to the
Executive level with the rest of us. Once they are
taught the system, and our plan, then 99% will want to
jump on this fast moving train.
WHAT NOW???
Remember earlier I said that Mathew Yonan started with a
friend. Well I wanted to start faster, especially since
he has given us the road map to follow. So, I have put
togther a small team of Executive Level members who are
committed to make this plan work. As of today very near
900 GTT’s (guaranteed tour takers) have been purchased,
and they will
Start to arrive 2-4 weeks. From that we know that we
are going to get new people to join our group, and each
new member is going to spillover to our team downline.
Plus, yesterday we announced our first contest that will
end on Dec 31, 05 – with a prize of 100 GTT’s to the
winner.
Mathew started with a friend. We have started with 5-7
committed people:
As of today we have 26 members in our team downline, and
we haven’t even received our first GTT.
My goal is to invite, and encourage all team members to
be true team player. Each person on our team will have
talents that can bring strength to the team. I.E. one
person might be real good on the phone, yet another
person might hate the phone – but loves research.
Research looking into all the free advertising methods
that Automaticbuilder provides, finding them, how to do
them, then sharing them with the team. Another person
might be a computer guru that can bring help to the
team. Another might be really good at welcoming new
members. We might have a few members who learn and
become very good at explaining to new members the
value(s) of the Power-leg. ETC ETC.
What can each member do right now to keep us going in the
right direction:
1. Decide right now – this is a business, it’s your
business, BUT you belong to a team that is going to help
you succeed. If this is going to be your business then
have 100% belief in your PRODUCTS. If you are not on the
Executive Level then call in and step-up. If the rest of
the team is going for it – then get with the rest of us.
True story -- 20 years ago I bought a Dairy Queen Store
in Phoenix Arizona. My franchise fee alone was $45,000,
and I paid a 5% royalty on all sales. My building /Equip
etc etc had me in debt for $345,000. I never made over
$5,000 in anyone month, and it was a 24 hr per day
headache. Think about the potential that you have in
front of you right now, and all you really have to do is
believe in your product and use it. If you pay $45,000
for a ice cream franchise – YOU BEST LOVE ICE CREAM!!!
If you really want to be in the business for yourself with
Nutronix, YOU BEST LOVE YOUR PRODUCT. Remember, in the
near future in your downline you are going to have
hundreds of members bringing in new members that you will
benefit from. First Recommendation – if you are not on
the Executive level then pick up the phone and get
yourself on the Executive Level.
2. Remember I said – go with the Winners. That Winner is
GTT’s. The company is experiencing 4 – 18 signups per
100 GTT package. That is a great rate. But here is
what’s really important. It only takes 1 good GTT to
make our downline explode. Remember this – there is a
whole bunch of network marketing people out there that
haven’t even seen or heard of Nutronix/Automatic Builder
yet. Once they find us, and see true spillover what will
they do? They will beat the bushes back to their
downlines in their other company(s) with our story and
we’ll see a big influx of new members.
So, save your money and when you can, buy a set of 100
GTT’s. As our organization starts to grow I know we’ll
see 5000 GTT’s coming into our team members which will
help all of us. Be a team player, save your money, and
buy a set of GTT’s as soon as you can.
