Almost daily I get calls and/or emails asking me the
methods I use in gaining success in our Nutronix
business.  Note I said "our" Nutronix business.   I am
totally convicted that Nutronix & Automaticbuilders is
the 1st MLM company that truly endorses and practices the
concept of "People Helping People"  via the Power-Line
concept.  They want people to succeed, and they make it
so easy for those of us who can follow a very simple plan.

You can talk with many leaders in this company and you’ll
find many different avenues to success, depending on many
different individual factors.  However when you clear
away the smoke you will find certain factors that they
all share in common :

They Share
They make themselves available.
They are excited about this ground floor opportunity.
They believe in the Power-leg.  No more being little
piggies building WIDE – we build  DEEP for the benefit of
all.

With the above core factors we do however approach our
individual business building and training with some
different ideas of our own, and that’s what I want to
share with you today – my way.

My approach when I first started, and still is today, is
to keep my business building very simple.  I don’t boggle
my mind with a 100 details, and I don’t look at the 3
star level.  I stay in today – where I am today –
building from today.  I keep my business building geared
to three really important factors:

Helping other people
Duplication of Effort by Others
The Time Factor

In Brief  #1 -  Helping Others  -  It’s the people below
you that brings you success;
#2 – When people below you,
and people below them start to bring in new people that’s
called
Duplication of Effort by Others; #3  Time Factor
means - it simply takes some time.  

I am very serious with this next statement:  When I first
got started I asked myself what I was?  Serious – I
decided to start my own HOME-BASED BUSINESS, so who was I?
I want you to do the same thing.  
Who are you???  Well,
if you are serious about building a successful Home Based
Business you are:

THE CEO !

OK – I’m the CEO, but isn’t being a CEO kind of a hard
job?  Don’t you have to know a bunch of junk, be real
smart, know how to do everything?  Well with our company
(Nutronix / Automaticbuilder) you don’t have to be all
those things.  In other words you can
KEEP IT SIMPLE.!  
But bar none you are the CEO, and you will make
decisions, and do certain things (or not do) that will
lead to you success or failure.

As the CEO of your company I believe you really need to
sit down and see and understand all the
TOOLS you have
available that will
lead you to success.   Now remember,
as I’m writing this information to you, you should be
visualizing all this in your mind and actually learning  
from this information as I proceed to share it with you...

(Like in a TV court room  -- SIDE BAR for just a minute
please)

I once owned a Dairy Queen Business (3rd busiest in state
of Arizona).  $345,000 of TRADITIONAL Business Debt.  Had
all the FACTORS of being a CEO!

Was a CEO of a very large Medical Organization before I
retired.  Had all the TRADITIONAL headache factors of
running a TRADITIONAL type of Business.

I know what I’m talking about when it comes to running a
business, so I want very much for you to learn how to run
your Nutronix Business.  So, again, as we go through this
visualize and learn what we have, how to keep it simple,
and how to teach others as you grow.

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Right now sit down at your CEO desk, and turn on your
computer.  Now, picture in your mind that TWO BIG
Departments have already been established for your use to
make you successful in this business.

Look out over your Office and see the MARKETING
DEPARTMENT to the left of your desk.  Now in your Home
Based Business we are going to call this Department
"AutomaticBuilder". Before you took over the new CEO
position some guys before you came in and completely
developed this turn-key department for you, versus you
going out and trying to figure out a way to bring it all
together, and they offered to rent this whole department
to you for only $9.95 per month.

Man what a steal – you don’t even have to hire anybody.  
Now, as the CEO look inside this department and see what
they have made available to you.  All of this for only
$9.95 per month rental.

Now just sit back and ask yourself – looks like I got
myself one top notch marketing department, and I’m the
CEO who can pick and choose what tools I want to use, BUT
FIRST what am I going to market??

Again, look out from your office to the right and see  
the other Department – We’ll call it the MANUFACTURING
DEPARTMENT. It's big -  it has a manufacturing facility,
it has a packaging and shipping department, it has a
billing department, it has storage inventory rooms, it
has a payroll office -  man it’s got complete
administration all set-up, and it’s FREE.

MY total out-of-pocket expense for both these departments
is only $9.95 per month.  (truly I ask myself many times
why I ever went into debt for $345,000 for my old DQ
business).  MLM wasn’t even heard of in those days.

Gee this all sounds pretty good but What do I have to do
as the CEO ?

Our company  (Nutronix) manufactures Health Care Products
that we MARKET to basically two types of people.  A) I’m
the CEO, so I buy them for me and my family.  B) I can
market the products to other people if I want (sorta like
what a retail store does).  I must always remember that
in our business nothing happens unless products move to
consumers.

I have to pay my Marketing Department rent ($9.95) every
month. And, for future mega success I must introduce new
people to the FREE TOUR at my AutomaticBuilder.com site.
You do this using the various methods that you can find
in your Marketing Department -  Automaticbuilder site.

THAT’S ALL YOU ASK ?

NOT IF YOU WANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL

After you have really studied your Departments, and
really understand and visualize your CEO position  the
"rubber now hits the road" – so to speak.

Keep in mind that I train my way – how I believe you
should run your business.  However, there are a lot of
different ways.  Example:  Some people are believers in
total computer automation whereby you never speak with
anybody on the phone – and that’s OK if you’ve got the
bucks and the patience to wait it out.  I simply don’t do
it that way.

Remember, at the beginning of this Newsletter I said that
"I" keep it "SIMPLE"!  I do not want to boggle my mind, I
do not want to handle a hundred details, I do not want to
worry about my business growing.  I want to follow the
LEADERS because they have already succeeded in the area
that I’m going.  I do not want to re-invent the wheel, I
want to spend my energy on what??  

I want to
help other people
I want to approach  and enter the area where "Duplication
of Effort by Others"
starts.
I want to control myself regarding the
TIME FACTOR by
staying in today, where I’m at today, and building from
today. I want to be patient!

So, with that said, I do the following, and I encourage
others to do the same.

1.  
I use GTT’s.  They are proven to work!  If you follow
the exact steps I’m about to show they will not be an
expense factor to you.  You will recoup every cent you
invest in GTT’S.  Example:  Cost $327   4 new members @
$100 cv  87 day quick start bonus = $360 commission.  
Now, if you have 4 sign up and you do nothing you
probably will not recoup your expenses.  But really – if
you do nothing than I’d ask why are you even in this
business?  From the get-go lets remember that success in
any business REQUIRES EFFORT both TIME EFFORT and
INVESTMENT EFFORT!!!

AutomaticBuilder sends you an email when you get a sign-
up ($2.95 special) and you need to think like this:  a)  
This person is serious about a Home Based Business; b)
This person is a "Like Minded Person"; c) This person
wants the same thing that I want;  d) BUT most new sign-
ups do not have all the information needed to make the
INFORMED DECISION at this point!

As soon as you get the new sign-up notice from
AutomaticBuilder you need to do one of two things:  a)  
Send a welcome email (find samples in the Library here at
abezine.com)  b) Make a welcome telephone call (find
scripts in the library).

Naturally in the letter or telephone call you need to
tell the new person that they will get their Nutronix
site within a few days. I like to call Nutronix customer
service 804-559-8900 and find out how long it is taking
to process new applications.

Remember, once they get their Automaticbuilder site, I’ve
got 30 days to provide the necessary information they
need to make that informed decision.  If done correctly
it usually takes much less than 30 days.

Now – you watch your Nutronix Graph Viewer every day and
when you see them appear you’ll know the new person has
been sent their Nutronix site, plus Nutronix sends you an
email as well.

IMPORTANT – you need to make  telephone contact – Why?  
a) make sure they got the site (sometimes it lands in
people's junk mail box). b) They have to go in and verify
information, click acceptance of term and conditions,
etc. You want to make sure they leave their leg setting
at "1" or Power-leg. This telephone call is a MUST DO if
you are anywhere serious about  growing your business.

Naturally, just like the Automaticbuilder site you want
the new member (I still call them a prospect at this
point) to review all the links on the Nutronix site.

IMPORTANT  -  I feel the most important tool we have to
help people immediately see what’s happening is the
"Graph Viewer" at their Nutronix Site.  So, I immediately
show them how to use the Graph Viewer.

Inform the new member to go to this Graph Viewer everyday
during their Free 30 day Trial Period!! Tell your new
member the Graph Viewer shows:  a)  ACTION; b) It shows
names of "Like Minded People"; c) It shows people that
want the same thing you want;  d) it shows a foundation
being built.  e) I believe a picture says a 1000 words!

On this telephone contact I simply want to make sure they
get their Nutronix site setup, and to start watching the
Graph-Viewer. (shows ACTION)! I tell them I will call
them back in a couple of days to answer any questions
they have, and to have those questions written out for me
to answer.

I inform the new member to go to Matthew Yonan's site at
www.nutronixhelp.com, I inform them about the conference
call – especially setting up  computer conferencing at
their Automaticbuilder site, and that its FREE; and now
we must get them to our new  EZINE at www.abezine.com.

I always emphasize the importance of "People helping
People"-  because if you are going to be a serious
business builder than you will be a person that wants to
help other people succeed.

I call the person back, and it seems to lead into various
types of communications whereby I answer questions, and
if I don’t know the answer I tell them I will get back to
them.

Now here is what usually happens:  a) those that are
serious look into their sites, watch the graph viewer and
usually join (upgrade) within two weeks.  b) Others go to
the 30 day mark and then join c) others simply don’t
join, but many stay on the 10cv level;  d) others simply
drop out totally.

I see a direct correlation between success above and the
level of communication we have with the new person, and
if we have gotten information to them, and if they have
reviewed or studied this information.
