The Company Puts its Members First!
That’s right, our company – Nutronix – has come up with
another great change that simply helps us grow our
individual business faster, and bigger!

After you read this Newsletter I recommend that you
forward it, or call all your downline people and get this
information to them.  Let’s not get two weeks down the
road and find out we didn’t notify somebody -  even if
the information to everybody is duplicated to them.  This
is really important information that we need to get to
everybody.

But, first let me explain something.  In my past
newsletters you have read where I state that 85% - 90% of
the people that join a MLM company don’t stay with the
company over the long-haul.  The  reason is nobody shares
- there’s a piggy attitude  that appears when one  
becomes successful.  It happens most often in MLM when
people don’t Spill-over new members to downline members  
-  meaning the piggies of the world build their business
WIDE  versus building DEEP via Spill-over.  They recruit
a new person placing that person on "their" individual
front line – they seldom  Spill-over  new people to their
downline.

As a result new people who haven’t been trained never
ever get to first base because they themselves don’t know
how to recruit new people.  After a few months they get
frustrated and drop out.  NOW WHY YOU ASK??  ---   Simple
answer – NO PAYCHECK!!!

Let’s admit it -  the vast majority of people that join a
MLM company join because they want to earn MONEY!  
Without a PAYCHECK the vast majority quit or move on to
another opportunity  promising roses.  Well our company
"Nutronix" delivers with industry new ideas and actions.  
Let me give you a few examples before I explain the
latest new income announcement made by Nutronix.

Nutronix is the only company that I know of that actually
pays a member commissions when that member doesn’t
sponsor other new members.  If a member buys 40cv or
100cv autoship the member  can be paid 6 levels deep even
if they don’t sponsor new people.

Hey -  that’s new, show me another company that does that.

Every person sponsored by upline members spill-over to
the downline.  This creates true networking (people
helping people) and truly helps a new person get their
business foundation built and off to a good start.  No
more little piggies.  When the Power-Line is followed we
build DEEP (spill-over).  No more building WIDE!

NOW WHAT

Again,  what makes people leave MLM or jump to other
companies -  NO PAYCHECK !

Well, Nutronix pays commissions even if you don’t sponsor
new people.  Naturally this won’t make you really rich,
BUT it sure gets you off to a good start in building your
foundation, and show you the true value of Spill-Over.

With Nutronix the better commission pay-out really
started at the Regional Director Level, so the  goal was
to get us there.  You needed to be on 100cv auto-ship,
and you needed to get $2,500 group volume from at least
two legs within 4 levels.  Again, remember it’s at the
Regional Director Level where the better commission pay-
outs started.  It’s also at the Regional Director Level
where the company notices that you are becoming a
Business Builder – hence the better commission pay-outs.

Now, Nutronix wants to pay-out more commissions to new
people and put better PAYCHECKS in their pocket before
the Regional Director Level  for three basic reasons that
I can see:

1)  Pay you sooner and better – (you stay)

2)  To help in your sponsoring effort – (you stay)

3)  To propel your business growth  (you stay and grow)

HOW?  A new position has been created to Bridge the gap
between the current Executive Director Level and the
Regional Director Level  called the "Senior Executive
Level".

Under the old system you moved from the Executive Level
to the Regional Director Level  when you had $2,500
monthly volume – not more than $1,250 coming from one
leg, and within four levels.  Only then did the better
commission payouts opened up when you reached the
Regional Director Level.  

Under the new system you go from Executive Level to the
Sr. Executive Level when you get $1,000 of monthly volume
and the better commission payouts start to open up
including 10% override  vs. the old 5% on fast start
bonuses from all your  Executives and 15% override vs the
old 5%  from all your Jr. Executives in your PS group  
(THIS IS BIG).

Next, the ability to reach the Regional Director Level
has been enhanced.  You get to the Regional Level with
the same $2,500 monthly group volume BUT  now you can
have up to $1,500 of that volume come from one (1) leg vs
$1,250. Also, you now get group volume credit on all
levels per leg vs. the old system of only 4 levels.
(THIS IS BIG)

Next the Leadership bonuses have been adjusted to reward
the future Leaders.  In the past it’s been 50% to the
Business Builders and 50% to the Spill-over group.  Now,
it will be 60% to the Business Builders, and 40% to the
Spill-over group.  Let’s remember that Spill-over is a
100% gift to people that don’t sponsor other members.  
That gift is coming form your upline.

BOTTOM-LINE

Anyway you cut the cake the true intention of the company
is to get new people into the PAYCHECK position fast and
better.

When you get a paycheck you are going to STAY !
When you get a paycheck you are going to WANT to GROW !
The Company wants to pay PAYCHECKS because they want
BUSINESS BUILDERS.

OTHER ITEMS OF IMPORTANCE

Attend as many conference calls as you can.  Look in your
Automaticbuilder site under "Support" for the days,
times, and phone numbers.  Get on Computer conferencing
so you won’t have long-distance phone call charges – it’s
FREE.  Again, go to you Automaticbuilder site.

Over the last couple of weeks I have had many members ask
"Don, what’s the most important thing leading to
success?"  With not even 3 months in our program I firmly
believe it’s telephone follow-up with new people during
their 30 trial period.

New people are just like you.  They started this business
to earn a future income.  Right there we are immediately
"Like Minded People."  So, a phone call goes along ways
in establishing a future working relationship with new
people – we both want the same thing.

On that follow-up phone call your goal is to guide the
new member to the Graph-Viewer found at their Nutronix
site AND show them how to use it.  This is a Powerful
tool to show new people the TRUE SPILL-OVER that is
taking place to help them form the foundation of their
new business.  The Graph-Viewer does just that by showing
"ACTION" on the part of other Like Minded People.

If you do telephone follow-up your business will grow,
and then your new people will duplicate the same thing.  
Just remember this when you pick up the phone to call –
This person I’m calling wants the same thing you want!  
Networking is simply "People helping People" !!!

The more you lend of yourself to "Helping" the faster,
and bigger your individual business will grow.  And it’s
so simple – it’s the use of the telephone to welcome new
people and to share information with them.  I recommend
that you save, learn from, and use the contents of my
newsletters to help you.

I try to say this in every newsletter – This is not
rocket science – it’s a very simple, honest business
model that will work for anybody that keeps it simple
