| How to Build a Long-Term Nutronix Business |
In last weeks Newsletter I addressed getting yourself to
the Regional Director Level as basically your 1st goal.
Again, the reason is the commissions pay outs open up to
you because you have now proven you are a business
builder, and like all companies the builders are the ones
that are rewarded the most.
If you have been going to the telephone / computer
conference calls you have heard a common theme expressed
by the people who are building EARLY and FAST success.
The first way is when you get 4 –8 members have a
contest for your members. Say for example: You inform
your members that you’ll have a drawing for one set of
Free GTT'S for anyone that buys a set of GTT’S. What
you’ll do here is find the people who are serious about
building FAST.
The second way is to combine a couple things. You inform
your members that you will provide a set of Free GTT’s
-- one chance to win if member upgrades to 40cv; two
chances to win if member upgrades to 100cv; three chances
to win if member buys a set of GTT’S.
A third way is to look at the example being offered to
our entire organization this month (I’ll explain later).
The point - you can run a contest with your people
within the overall contest that is being run by the
organization. Running your own little contest within the
overall organization contest is a real good way to link
you with your people for future business building.
Now, let me explain something very important. You only
need two (2) people to get you to the Regional Director
Level. Each of those two people would have to come up
with $1,250.00 of volume. Naturally, this is not the
most recommended way because if one of the two would quit
you're not going to make Regional. That’s why you
should Personally Sponsor as many people as you can.
Your first step should be - "YOU" Personally Sponsor as
many people as you can. Example: I made it to Regional
Director with 22 personally sponsored people, but 6
didn't follow-up, so 16 Personally Sponsored people got
me to Regional Director.
Now follow me - of the 16 I then quickly noticed the
ones who wanted to grow "FAST".
So, I helped them with a set of GTT’s - and my group
exploded. This is what I call investing in "YOURSELF"
because what happens you find the people that want to
grow FAST -- AND -- Duplication of Effort by Others
starts to kick in.
So, if you are new I first recommend the purchase of
GTT’s for yourself simply because they work! If you
listen to the training calls everybody who has real fast
building success from the very start have used the GTT
method.
Now, if you already have a few members, then I recommend
using one of the contest examples I gave above, or a
version of your own. THIS IS IMPORTANT -- Remember
that when your Personally Sponsored members recruit a new
member that new members volume goes toward your Regional
Director Level requirement of $2,500.00. 16 people ALONE
did not get me to Regional Director -- Their efforts,
(now building their business), got me to Regional
Director, (and almost National) in two months. If you
don’t understand this part go back to my last Newsletter
and re-read, or call me. This is extremely important as
once you grasp this fact or truism you will see how easy
it is to advance to the upper levels of the pay plan.
Now, lets talk about LONG-TERM BUSINESS WITH NUTRONIX.
I am going to tell you why you cannot fail if you simply
provide a little bit of effort. AND, I must assume you
are willing to do that because you have already joined,
and I must assume that you joined because you want to
build a successful Home-Based Business.
WHY YOU WON’T FAIL
EVEN IF YOU EXPEND MINIMAL EFFORT
1. You have LOCKED – IN (or should have) your Power-Leg
position with either a 40cv or 100cv autoship every
month. This secures your long-term position.
2. You have joined with a group of LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE.
We all want the samething - a successful Home-Based
Business.
3. When you Personally Sponsor a new member, that new
member is going to do one of three things: A) Do less
than what you do. B) Do the same as you do. Or C) Do
more than you do. Now, if you put forth effort then you
have a 66% chance of success with EACH person you bring
on as your Personally Sponsored member. Here’s the Key
- now follow this: you get people 2 or 3 levels down
from you and they want to grow THEIR business (just like
you)and they take off like a rocket - Guess what - your
business just took off like a rocket !!!
4. So, if you LOCK-IN your position with an upgrade to
40cv or 100cv you will succeed even with mimimal effort.
But, if you put forth alittle more effort and invest in
yourself (GTT’s or Other) you will reach your goals much
faster.
5. Remember, this is not rocket science - it’s a very
simple business plan that when followed can lead you to
mega success.
EXAMPLE: CONTEST WITH GTTs
A raffle to give a FREE Set of 100 GTT’s :
You get 1 ticket for every new member YOU Sponsor
You get 2 tickets for every new upgrade of one of your
Personally Sponsored members to 40cv
You get 3 tickets for every upgrade of one of your
Personally Sponsored members to 100cv (the members
upgrading do not have to be new members but any member
you have sponsored and who is on level 1 of your PS
Genealogy at your Nutronix site.)
ANOTHER EXAMPLE INCENTIVE
$25 will be transferred to the Nutronix account of the
member who enrolls the most new members.
$50 will be transferred to the Nutronix account of the
member who has the most upgrades to 40cv on level 1 of
their PS Genealogy.
$100 will be transferred to the Nutronix account of the
member who has the most upgrades to 100cv on level 1 of
their PS Genealogy.
In case of ties, more prizes of same value will be given.
Contest runs until Midnight EST Last Day of the Month.
Again, call all your members and make sure they get the
contest information.
